Terms of Service
Welcome to Climate Digital! We're thrilled to have you as a valued client. Before we embark on our journey together, please take a moment to review our terms of service outlined below:
Scope of Work: The scope of work for each project will be outlined in the agreement signed by both parties. Any additional work requested outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate work. This deposit is necessary to secure resources and allocate time for your project.
Payment: Payment must be made in full before services or project artwork is released. The remaining balance of the project fee is due upon completion and approval of the final deliverables. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement.
Project Approval: Climate Digital reserves the right to determine if a project meets our standards of quality and aligns with our values. We may refuse to work on projects that we deem inappropriate or unethical.
Social Media Promotion: We may showcase select projects on our social media channels as examples of our work. However, we retain the final decision on whether a project is suitable for promotion.
Environmental Contributions: For projects with a total value exceeding $1000.00 AUD, Climate Digital will make a donation to support initiatives aimed at plastic removal from oceans and tree planting. These contributions align with our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality and will treat all client information and project details with the utmost discretion.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables. Climate Digital retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.
Revision Policy: We strive for client satisfaction and offer a reasonable number of revisions to ensure the project meets your expectations. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees will be due immediately.
